Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cimustasis, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Note: Gift cards, personalized/custom items, and clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

2. Return & Restocking Fees

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or listing fees for returns.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or free replacement.
  • Customer Remorse (e.g., didn't like the item, ordered wrong size): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. Email Us: Contact support@cimustasis.shop with your Order Number, Full Name, and reason for the return (please attach clear photos if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Get Approval: Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the securely packaged item back to us at the address below.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times may vary. If you still need help, please contact our support team.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once it arrives following our standard return process.
