Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cimustasis, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center located at 17 Louisiana Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207, United States.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
We strive to dispatch your orders swiftly based on the following schedule (New York Time, EST):
Before 3:00 PM EST: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
After 3:00 PM EST: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

Note: During peak seasons or periods of exceptionally high order volume, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fully processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders anywhere within the United States.
Estimated Transit Time: Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is 3–9 business days from the date the order is placed.

3. Shipping Carriers
To ensure the most efficient, secure, and reliable delivery for our customers, we work exclusively with a network of trusted, fixed partner carriers. Because our shipping process is highly automated, we do not accept requests for specific or designated shipping carriers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Damaged & Undelivered Packages
If your tracking status shows that your package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer support immediately at support@cimustasis.shop and provide your order number. Once we investigate and confirm that the package is lost, we will arrange a free replacement for you. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us with your order details and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
